Lower Body / Leg Day 10/23/2024
Today I did my Tuesday workout due to teh blood test yesterday. The details follow:
Trap Bar Deadlift: 140 x10, 230 x4, 320x1, 340 x4, 350 x4, 350 x4 Leg Ext: 30 x15, 70 x6, 120 x4, 160 x6, 160 x6, 162.5 x5
Standing Cals (seated N/A) :96 x15 164 x6, 232 x5, 327 x6, 327 x7, 327 x6
Smith Machine Squats 150 x4, 150 x4, 150 x4
Standing Single-Leg Curl: 65 x6, 65 x6, 65 x6
LP Calves: 327 x6, 327 x6, 327 x6
Reverse Hyper:. 470 x , 10, 10, 10
Hanging leg lifts +25# x 5, +25# x5, +25# x6
I wanted to pull 380 for 3 sets of 4 on deadlifts today but it was not there so I went for more volume over last week. it felt great. The squats were a PR and super deep. I was not prefect on the 1st set, but the last 2 sets were perfect.. I am pleased with this workout but I need to nail 380 for all three sets.
My diet yesterday not on plan. The fast delayed my 1st meal and I was not able to make it up. Meal 1 was after the blood test. I had 0.3 oz of bison liver and 0.6 oz of oysters, 10 oz of bison, and 4 eggs. Meal 2 was 12 oz of bison sirloin steak and 4 eggs. I did squeeze in some yogurt and protein between meal 1 and 2, then again about 2 hours before bed.
I had about 17,200 steps yesterday. My weight was up down significantly and body fat at 15.5 lbs. I check it twice and got the same result. I don’t believe either.
