Lower Body / Leg Day 10/25/2024
This was a super good leg workout. I’ll just get right to the details:
I started with a set of leg extensions, leg curls and calfs to warm up .. light and easy. The seated calf machine was back .. so glad to see and use that.
Hack Squats: +0 x10, +140 x 5, +235 x4, +235 x4, +235 x4
Good Mornings: 90 x6, 135 x5, 205 x5, 205 x5, 210 x4
Seated calfs :140 x5, 200 x4, 250 x10, 270 x8, 290 x6
Leg Ext: 162.5 x6, 165 x5, 165 x5, all with w/ pause at top & bottom
True Seated Leg Curl: 165 x5, 140 x5, 140 x5 added pause at top to last 2 sets
LP Calves: 327 x8, 334 x7, 334 x6
Hanging Leg Rise +25# x 7, 7, 7
I then did sled sprints for 8 reps, followed by 10 minutes of elliptical.
My diet yesterday was on plan. I started with 0.4 oz of bison liver and 0.7 oz of oysters, 10 oz of bison, 1 can of sardines. and 4 eggs. Meal 2 was 10 oz of ground bison and 4 eggs. Meal 3 was around 8 to 10 oz of beef sirloin steak and 4 eggs. I had yogurt and protein before early morning cardio and about 2 hour before bed.
My step count was just short of 15,000.
My weight was just under 181 lbs with my fat ant 16.7 lbs.
