Lower Body / Leg Day 11/16/2024

It sure felt good to do a normal Saturday workout today. I continue to sue the 2 set of each exercise strategy. Here is the workout:

I started with a set of light leg extensions, leg curls, lseated calf and bar only RDLs. :

RDL: 135 x5, 245 x3, 335 x 5, 5
Front Squats: 95x4, 135x3, 1555 x3, 140 x5
Seated Calf: 200 x6, 250 x5, 312.5 x6, 312.5 x6, -

Leg Ext: 177.5 x4, 177.5 x4
Lying Leg Curl: 105 x6, 105 x6
LP Calf: 351 x8, 351 x8 -

Hanging Leg Raise: 25# ball x10, 10 -

Reverse Hyper 180 x10, 180 x10, -

I finished off with 8 sets of sprints using a 135 lbs sled and 10 minutes on the elliptical.

I did not puts to max weights on the RDLs or Squats today. In fact, I went for an extra rep on the RDLs. The Squats felt heavy today so I will work back to my current max.

My diet yesterday was on plan. I started with 0.7 oz of bison liver, 0.7 oz of oysters, 1 can of sardines, 10 oz of ground bison, and 4 eggs. Meal 2 was 10 oz of ground bison and 4 eggs. Meal 3 was 10 oz of ground bison and 4 eggs. I had yogurt and protein before early morning cardio and about 1 hours before bed. Teresa had some keto brownies in the house and I did have one small piece.

I walked just over 19,000 steps yesterday. My weight was 180.0 lbs lbs and body fat is stable.
