Lower Body / Leg Day Deload 11/09/2024
I don’t like backing off but I felt mentally I need a couple days of deload. Today was one of those days so I back down to 60% of my current working weights and did 3 working sets of each of these exercise. No weights or reps listed .. I was just at 60% for 6 reps.
RDLs, Front Squats, Szeated calfs
Leg Extensions, Lying leg curls, LP calfs
Abs, Reverse hypers, then sled sprints.
This felt great. I will do something like that on Monday then I expect to get back to normal.
I walked just over 13,000 steps yesterday. My weight was 180.6 lbs lbs and body fat is stable.
