Lower Body / Leg Day 12/26/2024
Today was leg day and it was a good one. Everything was up. Not big jumps, but slow progress is the name of the game. Workout details follow:
My warmup’s started with a set of leg extensions, leg curls and calfs to warm up .. light and easy.
New Hack Squats: +0 warmup's x5, +50 x4, +120 x5, +120 x5 (Still with lower foot placement .. a killer)
Good Mornings: 90 x6, 155 x5, 210 x5, 210 x5 (much better range of motion today)
LP calfs :198 x6, 266 x4, 378 x7, 378 x87
Leg Ext: 190 x5, 190 x5 all with w/ pause at top & bottom
True Seated Leg Curl: 150 x6, 150 x6 w/ pause at top & bottom
LP Calves: 378 x7, 378 x7
Hanging Leg Rise +25# x 15, 15, 15
Reverse Hyper 230- x15, 15, 15
Jumps (added some one leg jumping) and Knees Over Toes work
Yes, ths workout was GREAT. Good porgess and it felt great. I was not sure how it was going to be but it just rocked.
My diet yesterday was not gad. . I started with with 0.6 oz of bison liver and 0.6 oz of oysters, 6 oz of salmon, a tablespoon of MCT and 5 eggs. Meal 2 was 10 oz of ground bison/beef and 4 eggs. Meal 3 was 10 oz of ground bison/beef and 4 eggs. I had yogurt and protein before the early morning cardio with a tablespoon of MCT. About 2 hour before bed I had yogurt and protein. I did have a couple more of those strawberries with chocolate. That was not a good idea.
My step count was just over 14,500 steps..
My weight was 182.5 lbs. That is the most I have seen in a long time. I am sure that. Is holiday water.. My bodyfat was 16.3 lbs.
