Lower Body / Leg Day 9/17/2024

I say this a lot it seems .. waht a great workout: It is my AM workout today:

Trap Bar Deadlift: 140 x10, 230 x4, 320x1, 355 x4, 355 x4, 355 x4 Older Leg Ext: 30 x15, 70 x6, 120 x4, 180 x5, 180 x5, 180 x5
Seated Calves:90 x20, 140 x8, 200 x4, 310 x4, 310 x5-, 310 x4

Smith Machine Squats (deep): 140 x4, 140 x5=4, 140 x4
Standing Single-Leg Curl: 60 x5, 60 x6, 60 x6-
LP Calves: 283 x8, 283 x9, 283 x9

Reverse Hyper:. 450 x , 10, 10, 10

Hanging leg lifts +20# x 10, +20# x10, +20# x10

Another great leg day. Deadlifts continue to move well, even with the extra rep. Overall, a great workout. 

My diet yesterday was on plan. I started with 0.5 oz of bison liver and 1 oz of oysters, 10 oz of bison, 4 eggs (no duck eggs today) and 1/2 an avocado. Meal 2 was 10 oz of bison and 4 eggs. Meal 3 was a NY Strip with 4 eggs. I had yogurt and protein before my early morning workout and about 2 hours before bed.
