Lower Body / Leg day 1/20/2025

What a great leg day. I made progress on every exercise. No big jumps, but sure progress. The details:

Trap Bar Deadlift: 140 x10, 230 x4, 320x1, 370x4, 370 x4 Leg Ext: 30 x15, 70 x6, 120 x4, 197.5 x6, 197.5 x6
LP Calfs 113 x15 198 x6, 283 x4, 390 x7, 390 x7

Smith Machine Squats 150 x4, 145 x4
Standing Single-Leg Curl: 62.5 x4, 62.5 x4
LP Calves: 390 x7, 390 x7

Reverse Hyper 360 x11, 360 x11, 360 x11

Hanging leg lifts +25# x20, +25# x20, +25# x20

Some hops (3 sets of 30) plus one legged jumps)

Weighted sled sprints .. 135# for 8 reps

I finished up with 13 minutes on the elliptical. .

This was a great workout. Everything felt super good. The squats were deep except the 1st rep of the 1st set was just not a full ROM. It was still great.

My diet yesterday was on plan. I started the day with 1 tablespoon of MCT, 6 oz of salmon and 6 eggs. Meal 2 was 10 oz of ground bison / beef and 4 eggs.. Meal 3 was 10 oz of ground bison / beef wiht 4 eggs. I also had yogurt and protein with and a tablespoon of MCT  before morning workout and then yogurt and protein about an hiour before bed. .

I took 13,173 steps yesterdsy/ My weight was 181.5 pounds and my.total bodyfat was 16.3 pounds.
