Lower Body / Leg Day 2/11/2025

That was not good .. let me explain. During my 1st workimg set of deadlifts I experienced a tweak in my lower left back. It was not painful, but sure was not right. I set the weight back down and walked around for a few minutes. Sometimes I work though these things but this felt like it could be more serious. I back it down and did a set at 225 x 5. That felt normal and easy. I did a set of extensions at 160 lbs. That also felt normal. I did a set of calfs on the leg press at 630 with also felt normal.

I. could stii feel someting was not right. I did a set of hack squats at +90 which felt heavy but I didn't have any serious pain. In the end, I did a little more easy work and stopped. I did some light reverse hypers and leg raies but I did not add any risk. I did my sprints which felt good and finsihed on the elliptical for 12 minutes.

This was not how I wante day to go, but I have learned my lesson. I have been lifting for a long timme and I have had more serious injuries. This could have become that. I will be back to normal tomorrow .. and if not I will take stpes to rcover.

My diet yesterday was not perfect. I did my fasted blood test after my workout. I did get in a couiple good meals. The first was one tablespoon of MCT, 10 oz of ground bison / beef mix, and 4 eggs. Meal 2 was 10 oz of ground bison / beef and 4 eggs. I finished they day with some full fat yogurt and protein about 2 hiour before bed. .

I took 14,279 steps yesterdsy. My weight was 183.9 pounds and my total bodyfat was 16.6 pounds.
