Lower Body / Leg Day 3/18/2025

Another great leg day. I didn't feel like that when I got up, but as I warmed up, I started to feel it. Let's get to the numbers:

Trap Bar Deadlift: 140 x10, 230 x4, 320x1, 360 x5, 360 x5 (+2)
Leg Ext: 30 x15, 70 x6, 120 x4, 190 x5, 190 x5 (+2)
Plate loaded LP Calfs 90 x15 270 x6, 540 x4, 775 x5, x5 (+2)

Smith Machine Squats 50 x4, 160 x4, x4 (+2)
Standing Single-Leg Curl: 70 x5, x5 (+2)
Plated Loaded LP Calves: 775 x5, x5 (+2)

Reverse Hyper 450 x11, 11, 11
Hanging leg lifts +25# x20, 20, 20
Some hops (3 sets of 30) plus one legged jumps)

Weighted sled sprints .. 160# for 8 reps
I finished up with 10 minutes on the elliptical.

I waked 14,109 steps yestercay. My diet yesterday on good yesterday. I started the day with 6 oz of full fat yogurt and protein. Post workout I had 0.5 oz of bison liver, .6 oz of oysters, 10 oz of ground bison / beef mix, and 4 eggs. Meal 2 was 10 oz of ground bison / beef and 4 eggs. Meal 3 was a more ground bison / ground beef, a slice of cheddar cheese and 4 eggs. I had a beef stick, a slice of sharp white cheddar cheese, full fat yogurt and protein about 2 hours before bed.

My weight today was 183.9 pounds. A good day.
