Arms 4/24/2025
Wow, the pump today was amazing. That may not mean they will grow more, but it sure felt amazing. Here is the workout:
- Crossing cable pushdown: 3 sets to failure+
- OH Tri extensions: 2 sets to failure+.
- Rope pushdown: 2 sets to failure+.
- Seated cable curls: 3 set to failure+.
- Tuue precher curls: 2 sets to failure+.
- EZ Bar curls: 2 sets to failure+.
- Pumping set of Rope PD
- Sled HIIT / Sprints: 10 minutes / 8 reps.
- Elliptical 12 minutes.
This was amazing. What a great pump .. and it last for hours.
My food intake yesterday:
- Pre-workout I had a servings of yogurt with a scoop of protein. Post workout I added a second serving of yogurt, no added protein.
- Meal 1 was 6 oz of salmon, 4 eggs and a square of dark chocolate.
- Meal 2 was 10 oz of ground beef / bison mix and 4 eggs.
- Meal 3 was 10 oz of ground beef / bison mix and 4 eggs.
- I had a serving of yogurt with a scoop of protein and a slice of cheese about 2 hours before going to bed.
My weight this morning was up to 183.8 and total fat was 14.7 pounds. I did 17,543 steps yeterday.
