Upper Body 10/02/2024
I didn’t hit any PRs today. I was not feeling it. In fact, everything felt heavy. I know my sleep has not been great the last 3 nights, but my nutrition has been solid. Today I just felt beat up. I did walk a lot yesterday at just over 21,000 steps. I cut the grass too.
When I feel this, I listen to my body. I slightly lowered the weights and did an extra rep or two. I took out the normal chest-supported rows and used the seated true row machine, but kept the rest the same as my current Wednesday workout. I didn’t log it, so there is no log to share.
I will get some extra rest today and keep my activity at low-normal levels. I plan to be back to normal tomorrow.
