Lower Body / Leg Day 12/29/2024
It sure felt good to be back to my normal schedule. Today was a good leg day. Here is what I did:
Trap Bar Deadlift: 140 x10, 230 x4, 320x1, 360 x3, 360 x3, 360 x3 Leg Ext: 30 x15, 70 x6, 120 x4, 167.5 x5, 167.5 x6, 167.5 x6
Seated Cals :95 x15 140 x6, 230 x4, 305 x5, 305 x5, 305 x6
Smith Machine Squats 150 x4, 150 x4, 150 x4
Standing Single-Leg Curl: 67.5 x4, 67.5 x4, 67.5 x4
LP Calves: 339 x5, 339 x6, 339 x5
Reverse Hyper:. 470 x , 11, 11, 11
Hanging leg lifts +25# x 7, +25# x6, +25# x7
Perhaps I should have went for 380 but with the Sunday workout instead of that extra rest day I decided to go with 360 for the deadlifts. it felt solid. I could not get more reps on the squats today.
My diet yesterday on plan. Meal 1 was 0.5 oz of bison liver and 0.6 oz of oysters, a can of sardines, 10 oz of bison, and 4 eggs. Meal 2 was 10 oz of ground bison and 4 eggs. Meal 2 was 10 oz of bison NY strip and 4 eggs. I had yogurt and protein before my workout and about 1 hours before bed.
I had about 18,000 steps yesterday. My weight was up stable at 180 lbs body fat at 16.6 lbs…
Upper body tomorrow.
