Lower Body / Leg Day 12/10/2024
Well that was not a good workout. I donated blood yesterday and like the last time my workout was off the day after.. I stated with Trap Bar DL’s and struggled with even 1 rep at 370, then leg extensions felt really bad. I wa more sore than normal too so I just make it into a back off day or a deload like workout. I’ll list it here but I was not happy with my performance today.
Trap Bar Deadlift: 140 x10, 230 x4, 320x1, 370 x1, 320 x3 or 4 Leg Ext: 30 x15, 70 x6, 120 x4, 140x4, 140 x4
LP Calfs 113 x15 198 x6, 266 x4, 300 x10, 300 x10-
Smith Machine Squats 50 x8, 50 x8 … Went for depth and feel
Standing Single-Leg Curl: 40 x6, 40 x6
LP Calves: 300 x10, 300 x10
I didn’t do any Reverse Hypes today.
Hanging leg lifts +0# x10, +0# x10
I finished up with 20 minutes on the elliptical. .This was not my best effort but my strength was off and I just need a day to recover I guess.
My diet yesterday was 4 slice of bacon over plan. Meal 1 was 0.4 oz of bison liver and 0.6 oz of oysters, a can of sardines, 10 oz of bison, 4 eggs and a tablespoon of MCT oil. . Meal 2 was 10 oz of ground bison, and 4 eggs. Meal 3 was 10 oz ground bison, 4 slices of bacon and 4 eggs. I had yogurt and protein before my workout with a tablespoon of MCT. . I then had more yogurt with protein about 1/2 hours before bed.
I had just over 16,600 steps yesterday. My weight was up to 180.5 lbs annd fat was 16.2 lbs. My blood pressure was super low this moring at 111 / 67. Interesting.
