Lower Body / Leg Day 8/28/2023

Today was not a normal workout. I have felt a little tweak in my lower back on the right side for a few days, but a today it felt more concerning. When I feel something like this, I back off a little and try to focus on blood flow. I do many of the normal exercises, but at lower weight. That is what I did today. It felt great. I did hack squats, good mornings, RDL’s (bar only), seated leg curls, and some calf work I added in the old style leg press with lower weights for variety but with my feet very low. I also did leg extensions. I guess some volume, but lower weights.

The plan is to get back to heavy for upper body tomorrow and then see where I am at for my lower body that is on Saturday.

I will eat normal today and take a nice walk. Have a great day and stay strong.
