The Off Day

I currently workout 6 days a week. Sunday is my ‘off’ day. I usualy do a lot of walking, even on Sunday. I started the day wiht 30 minutes on the treadmill, took the dogs for a walk, and will likely take another walk after lunch.

Tomorrow is an upper body workout. I use the day to get my mental state ready for that workout. Have a great day.
