Upper Body 8/6/2024

Today was an upper body day. Same rep ranges I use .. 4 to 6 reps. I made progress over last week on everything except hammer curls where I took it easy today.

Hammer Chest Press: 90 x10, 180 x4, 220 x5, 220 x5, 220 x5
Weighted chin-ups : (pulldown for warmups) 60 x10, 120 x5 Chins: +15 x6, +17.5 x5, +17.5 x5

Pec Deck: 170 x5, 170 x5, 170 x4
Chest Supported DB Rows: 95 x5, 95 x5, 95 x5

True Side Lateral: 130 x 5, 130 x5, 130 x5
Pec Deck Rev Delts: 105 x4, 105 x4, 105 x4

Hammer Overhead Press 85 x5, 85 x5, 85 x6
Chest Supported 45°shrug: 165 x5, 165 x6, 165x6

Rope Ext: 112.5, x 5, 112.5 x5
Leaning Hammer curl (one arm): 25 x8, 25 x8

Weighted Chruch 135x10, 135x10, 140x10
