Upper Body 9/6/2024
I felt good when i woke up and was ready to train. Here is the workout:
True Chest Press: 40 x15, 130 x5, 210 x4-, 205 x5-, 205 x5-
True Row: 40 x15, 130 x5, 230 x4-, 230 x5-, 230 x5-
Pec Deck: 185 x5-, 185 x4, 185 x4
Reverser grip Pull-down: 205 x5, 200 x5, 200 x5
True seated OH Press: 120 x4, 120 x 5, 120 x4
15° Trap Shrugs: 300 x5, 300 x5, 300 x6
I still had some equipment availability issues today so no Cable Side Laterals and bi/tri was on different equipment too. .
Seated DB laterals: 35 x 5, 35 x 8, 35 x7
Rev One Arm Pec Deck : 70 x10, 70 x8, 70 x7
Weighted Leg +20# ball x8, x9, x9
I didn’t make amazing progress, but I did see some gains today. I’ll take it. The gym was a mess .. once again some equipment was moved out. I assume it’s a refresh of pads and paint, but I have not heard any news on this.
My food intake yesterday was decent. I started the day with 0.5 oz of bison liver and 1 oz of oysters, bison (10 oz) , 4 eggs, and ½ of an avocado. Meal 2 was 10 oz of bison and 4 eggs. Meal 3 was a smaller than needed Piedmontese sirloin steak and 4 eggs.
I did have some yogurt and protein pre-workout and about 1 hour before beed. This seems to be working for now. My bodyfat is stable as is my weight.
Leg day tomorrow. I plan to push a little more and get close to max weights.
