It feels good to be back to my normal schedule, even with daylight savings hitting us this weekend. This was a good upper boday workout.

Cable chest press 40x10, 100x5, 145 x5, 145 x5 (+2)
Seated Cable Row: 60 x10, 130 x5, 222.5 x5, 222.5 x5 (+2)

Cable Chest Fly: 130 x5, 130 x5 (+2?)
Weighted pullup (neutral grip): +42.5 x4, +42.5 x4 (+2)

Smith Machine OH Press: +75 x3, +75 x4 (+2)
15° Trap Shrugs: 365 x4, 365x4 (+2)

Single Arm Cable Side Lateral: 82.5 x5, 82.5 x6 (+2)
Cable Reverse fly: 72.5 x5, 72.5 x5 (+2)

DB Spider curls: 60 x6, 60 x6 (+2)
Rope Pushdown: 145 x5, 145 x5 (+2)
Precher Curl Machine: 95 x4-, 95 x4- (+0)

Weighted Chruch 150 x10, x11, x11
Knees over toes work (3 sets) and hopping.

I finished up with 23 minutes on the elliptical.

I was feeling really good today. I had a smaple energy drinkg that I used today. I don't think those are healthy but plan to try these samples. I have a few left.

My diet yesterday was on plan. I started the day with full fat yogurt and protein before my AM workout. Post cardio I had 6 oz of salmon and 4 eggs. Meal 2 was 10 oz of ground bison / beef mixed and 4 eggs. Meal 3 was 10 oz of ground bison / beef mixed and 4 eggs. About 1 hours before bed I had full fat yogurt and protein.

I am now making my own yogurt from a great raw milk. I really like how this taste. Good stuff, and the jars that I use with the yogurt bath keep the volume of yogurt consistant.

I walked 11,957 steps yesterday. My weight today was 183.8 pounds.
