Lower Body / Leg Day 3/11/2025

This was leg day and it was good. I felt lower on energy but that did not keep me from killing it. Let's get to the numbers:

Trap Bar Deadlift: 140 x10, 230 x4, 320x1, 360 x4, 360 x4 (+2)
Note: I think I said 355 in my IG update, but it was 360.
Leg Ext: 30 x15, 70 x6, 120 x4, 290 x4, 190 x4 (+0)
Note: I lowered the weight to try and nail the form.
Plate loaded LP Calfs 90 x15 270 x6, 540 x4, 760 x5, x5 (+2)

Smith Machine Squats 50 x4, 155 x5, x5 (+2)
Standing Single-Leg Curl: 70 x4, x4 (+2)
Plated Loaded LP Calves: 760 x5, x5 (+2)

Reverse Hyper 450 x10, 10, 10
Hanging leg lifts +25# x20, 20, 20
Some hops (3 sets of 30) plus one legged jumps)

Weighted sled sprints .. 160# for 8 reps
I finished up with 10 minutes on the elliptical.

I waked 18,146 steps yestercay. That is more like my summer numbres and I felt the impact in my workout today. It will take a while to adapt to that level of walking again.

My diet yesterday on plan. I started the day with 6 oz of full fat yogurt and protein. Post workout I had 0.5 oz of bison liver, .8 oz of oysters, 10 oz of ground bison / beef mix, and 4 eggs. Meal 2 was 10 oz of ground bison / beef and 4 eggs. Meal 3 was a beef sirloin steak, 4 eggs and a slice of sharp white cheddar cheese. I had some full fat yogurt and protein about 2 hours before bed.

My weight today was 185.1 pounds and my total bodyfat was 16.7 poumnds.
