Arm Day 3/25/25

Today was arm day. It has been years since I did a dedicated arm day. It felt good but I need to get better. I mean, I got a good pump and couid feel the muscles working but it just felt like I hade more to give. Here is the wokkout:

  • Reverse grip pushdown. 3 sets to failure.
    Once I reached failure, I reversed my grip and tried to get a coiuple more reps.
  • Cable Overhead extensions. 3 sets to failure
  • Rope cable pushdown / superset with EZ bar press down. 2 sets big squeeze.
  • Alt Dumbell curls. 3 sets to failure
  • Seated EZ bar cable curls. 3 sets to failure
  • Precher Curls. 2 sets to failure
  • Seated cable church. 3 sets
  • Some knews over toes work

I had a good pump from this workout and felt it accomplished my goals.

My food intake yesterday was good.

Pre-workout I had 1.5 servings of yogurt, a scoop of meal replacment mix (HLTH Code). No powdered MCT today. Meal 1 was 10 oz of ground beef / bison mix and 4 eggs.
Meal 2 was 10 oz of ground beef / bison mix, 4 eggs and a slice of sharp white cheddar cheese.
Meal 3 was 8 oz of piedmonteese siloin steak 4 eggs and a slice of sharp white cheddar cheese.
About an hour before bed I had another 1.5 serving of yogurt and a scoop of protein. I added a beef stick.

My weight this morning was 185.1 pounds. The total fat is still a mystery but my waist is unchanged so I am comfortable where with my current fat status.
