Arms 3/29/2025

Today was arm day .. my second one on this new split. I got an amazing pump and the engagment with my biceps and triceps was next-level. I didn't reach failure on every set and had some issues finding the right weight to use on a couple movements. It was still a super good arm workout.

  • Cable Tri-pushdowns: 3 sets. This is with a crossing cable and no handle. This focused on the squeeze and being very intentional. Felt great, but not to failiure for the first and second set.
  • Overhead Tri extensions (EZ bar): 2 sets. I did take this to failure and added some partial reps.
  • Seated Machine Dips (True mach): 2 sets. This felt great but took a warmup to figure out the machine and weight.
  • Incline Cable curls: 3 sets. This is a great cable ecercise. I think I could trun the bench around and get a better stretch.
  • Alternating DB Curls: 2 sets. This was intense. I already had a pump and some fatigue.
  • EZ bar precher curl: 2 sets. This was OK, but not as good as the machine precher. On the 2nd set I added a drop set.

I didn't add abs today .. they work better on back day.

My food intake yesterday:

  • Pre-workout I had a 1 servings of yogurt, a scoop of meal replacment mix (HLTH Code). I added a second serving of stright yogurt post workout.
  • Meal 1 was 10.5 oz of ground beef / bison mix, 4 eggs, a can of sardines, 0.4 oz of oysters, .6 oz of bison liver.
  • Meal 2 was 10.5 oz of ground beef / bison mix and 4 eggs.
  • Meal 3 was 10 oz of piedmonteese sirloin steak, a slice of white sharp cheddar cheese and 4 eggs.
  • About 2 hours before bed I had serving of yogurt and a scoop of protein with a beef stick.

My weight this morning was 183.4 pounds. My step count yesterday was 12,628. Fat is holding study but I don't have an update.
