Chest & Shoulders 3/31/2025
I am enjoying these workotus. Today was chest and shoulders and what a pump. Here is the workout:
- Incline Bench (true machine): 2 sets to failure with some partials. This machine users a neutral grip and it was intense.
- Cable decline fly: 2 sets to failure with partials.
- Seated Hammer Press: 1 drop set (3 drops). I was alredy experiencing a big pump before this set. Now it was getting crazy.
- Cable fly: Last set to failure with partials.
- Side lateral machine (True): 2 sets to failiure with partials.
- Cable Reverse fly: 2 sets to failure with partials.
- True OH Press to failure: 1 set.
- Bike HIIT Sprints .. 10 minutes.
- Elliptical 13 minutes.
This was very intense. A lot of sets to failure and beyond. It was not a long workout but the pump was intense and I was done when it was over.
My food intake yesterday:
- Pre-workout I had a 1 servings of yogurt, a scoop of meal replacment mix (HLTH Code). I added a second serving of stright yogurt post workout again.
- Meal 1 was 6 ox of salmon and 4 eggs.
- Meal 2 was 9.5 oz of ground beef / bison mix, 4 eggs, a slice of sharp cheddar cheese and a beef stick
- Meal 3 was 10.5 oz of ground beef / bison mix and 4 eggs.
- About 2 hours before bed I had serving of yogurt and a scoop of protein.
My weight this morning was 181.7 pounds. My step count yesterday was 12,510. Fat is holding study. The sale is stil showing 18.2 lbs but I don't beliee it. I am so dang lean and gut circumferences holding steady.
