Lower Body / Leg Day 3/6/2025

Today was lower boday .. legs. It was a killer. The details follow:

My warmup’s started with a set of leg extensions, leg curls and calfs to warm up .. light and easy.

New Hack Squats: +0 x6, +70 x4, +155 x5, +155 x4 (+1)
Good Mornings: 90 x6, 155 x5, 235 x4, 235 x4 (+2)
Plate loaded LP calfs: +270 x6, +540 x4, +750 x7, +750 x7 (+2)

Single Leg Ext: 50 x5, 85 x5, 85 x5 (+2) (added warmup)
True Seated Leg Curl: 175 x4, 170 x6 (+2)
Plate loaded LP Calves: +750 x7, +750 x7 (+2)

Hanging Leg Rise +25# x20, 20, 20
Reverse Hyper +450 x8, 8, 8
Hoping (including one leg hops 3 sets
Knees Over Toes 3 sets

I had one of those pre-workot samples today. My energy was good and focus was excellent. The second set of hacks was tough today. I am really wlorking to keep my feet closer together which makes it more intense and quad focus is high.

My diet yesterday was good. I started the day with full fat yogurt and protein with a scoop of MCTs. Post workout I had 0.7 oz of bison liver and 0.7 oz of oysters, 6 oz of salmon and 4 eggs. Meal 2 was 10 oz of ground bison/beef and 4 eggs. Meal 3 was was 10 oz of ground bison/beef and 4 eggs. About 2 hour before bed I had full fat yogurt, a slice of sharp cheddar cheese and protein powder.

My step count was 13,870 steps. My weight today was 182.9 pounds. Total fast wAS 16.5 pounds.
