Arms 4/19/2025
I killed my arm workout today. Great pump and felt connection. Here is the workout:
- True seated tri pushdowns: 2 sets to failure+.
- DB curls: 2 sets sets to failure+.
- Cable crossing pushdown: 3 sets to failure+. These sure felt great today.
- Hammer preacher curl: 3 sets failure+.
- Rope pushdown: 2 sets to failure+.
- Seated curls: 2 sets top failure+,
- Sled HIIT / Sprints: 10 minutes / 8 reps.
- Elliptical 12 minutes.
What a great workout. I am feeling good but still recovering from my wrestling match our poarch.
My food intake yesterday:
- Pre-workout I had a servings of yogurt with a scoop of protein. Post workout I added a second serving of yogurt, no added protein.
- Meal 1 was 10.3 oz of ground beef / bison mix, a square of dark (100%) chocolate 4 eggs 0.7 oz of bison liver and 0.6 oz of oysters.
- Meal 2 was 10.5 oz of ground beef / bison mix and 4 eggs.
- Meal 3 was yogurt (double serving), 1 scoop of protein, a beef stick and a protein RTD.
- I had a slice of cheese before I went to bed.
My weight this morning was up to 183.9 and total fat was 12.9 pounds. No, I don't believe that. I didn't drink enough water yesterday. I did 14,669 steps yeterday.
I was super active yesterday helping my son setup his ROGUE MONSTER RHINO TRAINER. We had to modify his old rack, then add the Rhino. Big job but fun.
