Legs 4/21/2025
I really destroyed my legs today. This was a litle long in terms of time, but not a ton of sets. I will do cardio later in the day. This was a great wokroukt. Here are the details (all post warmup):
- Seated leg curls: 3 sets to failure+.
- Leg Press: 4 sets to failure but stopped when I had to push with hands.
- Superset Leg extensions / Hack Squat: 1 sset to fail (with partials on extensions). <br. data-preserve-html-node="true"
- Superset: Cable crunch and LP Calves. 3 sets.
I was shot so I will do some form of cardio later in the day.
My food intake yesterday:
- Pre-workout (cardio only): I had a 1 servings of yogurt with a scoop of protein. I added a second serving of stright yogurt post workout.
- Meal 1 was 6 oz of salmon with 4 eggs.
- Meal 2 was 10.5 oz of ground beef / bison mix, 4 eggs, and a slice of cheese.
- Meal 3 was a 10.5 oz ground bison/ beef mix with 4 eggs.
About 2.5 hours before bed I had serving of yogurt and a scoop of protein. I doubled up on the yogurt by adding a serving just before bed.
My weight this morning was 186.1 and total fat was 14.9 pounds. My step count yesterday was 17.721.
