Upper Body 8/14/2024
Yesterday I gave blood. I was not sure how my system would respond but I added a little food yestereday to help with recovery and prep for today’s workout. It was a very good workout.
Hammer Chest Press: 90 x10, 180 x4, 225 x5, 225 x5, 225 x5
Weighted chin-ups : (pulldown for warmups) 60 x10, 120 x5 Chins: +20 x5-, +20 x5-, +20 x5-
Pec Deck: 180 x4, 175 x5-, 175 x5
Chest Supported DB Rows: 95 x6-, 95 x6-, 95 x6-
True Side Lateral: 130 x 6, 130 x6, 130 x6
Pec Deck Rev Delts: 105 x4, 105 x5-, 105 x4
Hammer Overhead Press 90 x5, 90 x5, 90 x5
Chest Supported 45°shrug: 170 x4, 170 x5, 170 x5
I totally forgot to do biceps and triceps .. I left last week in here as a reminder for next time.

Leaning Hammer curl (one arm): 25 x8, 25 x8

I was super happy with this workout. When I got home, I had 6 oz of salmon, 2 duck eggs, 3 chicken eggs, I did have ½ avacodo, 1 oz of liver, 1 oz of oysters and it was great. I am usually very strict with animal products only .. but on the days I have had salmon I have been adding 1/2 an Avocado. They do not cause me any issues with I plan to keep them in for a while.
