Lower Body / Leg Day 8/17/2024

My Saturday leg day started wiht my normal warmups: A set of leg extensions, a set of seated leg curls, 10 reps of RDL with just the bar, and a light set of seated calves raises. Then it is more warmups followed by working sets.

RDL: 135x5, 225 x4, 345 x5, 345 x4, 345 x5 (PR)
Front Squats: 95x5, 115x4, 155 x4, 150 x4, 145 x4
Seated Calves:140 x15, 200 x5, 290 x4, 290 x4, 290 x4 (PR)

These sets were doing in a giant set. I do RDL, then Front Squat, then seated calves .. rinse, and repeat

True Leg Ext: 260 x4, 270 x4, 270 x4
Lying Leg Curl: 115 x5, 115 x5, 115 x5
LP Calves: 249 x10, 249 x10, 249 x10

I didn’t get gains on every set but overall I made positive progress. The RDLs felt super heavy today but moved well. Front squats are just hard and technically challenging. I am stiill happy with my progress today.
