Some Changes
I have not posted anything here for a long time. I am still very interested in tech and other topics that I have written about in the past, but I think I am going to spend more energy here posting about my workouts and my carnivore way of eating. I have been eating low carb / keto / carnivore for almost seven years and it. Has become a way of live. I don’t claim everyone can do this, but I do think it can help. It changed my health and my life. It’s not a religion but it is a way of life, not a diet.
My goal will be to share my daily workout progress and what I am enjoying at the dinner table (hint: It’s mostly beef, bison and some salmon).
