Two years ago today I underwent a radical prostatectomy. Two years later and still cancer free. I say this often: I am grateful to be alive. I have lost so many friends to cancer. If I have leaned anything it that it's important to own your health and hug to those you care about often.

On Jan 20, 2018 I shared on Facebook that I had become lactose intolerant. Compared to prostate cancer, this was a minor thing. It was more a frustration than anything else.
