Lower Body / Leg Day 8/20/2024

Today was deadlift day. I was not feeling 100% when I arrived at the gym but once I warmed up, things moved and my mental game improved. A little AC/DC helped too. Here is the workout:

Trap Bar DL:: 140x10, 230x4, 320x1, 370 x3, 370 x3, 370 x3
True Leg Ext: 40 x15, 85 x6, 175 x4, 270 x5-, 270 x5, 270 x5
Seated Calves:90 x20, 140x8, 200 x5, 290 x5, 290 x5, 290 x5

Smith Machine Squats (deep): 130 x5, 130 x5, 130 x5
Standing Single-Leg Curl: 65 x4, 65 x4, 65 x4
LP Calves: 254 x10, 254 x10, 254 x 10

Reverse Hyper 410 x15, 410 x15, 410 x15

Hanging leg lifts +14# x 15, +14# x15, +14# x15

What a great workout. The bar moved easily on the deadlifts. The last time I pulled 370 was only for a rep and part of the day I pulled 400 for 1. At least that is how I remember it, but it felt good.
