Today was an upper body day. Let’s just get right into it:
Hammer Chest Press: 90 x10, 180 x4, 230 x4, 230 x4, 230 x4
Weighted chin-ups : (pulldown for warmups) 60 x10, 120 x5 Chins: +22.5 x5-, +22.5 x4-, +22.5 x5--
Pec Deck: 180 x5, 180 x5-, 180 x4
Chest Supported DB Rows: 100 x4-, 100 x5--, 100 x4-
True Side Lateral: 135 x5, 135 x5, 135 x5
Pec Deck Rev Delts: 105 x5, 105 x5-, 105 x5-
Hammer Overhead Press 90 x6, 90 x6, 90 x6
Chest Supported 45°shrug: 170 x6, 170 x6, 170 x6
Rope Ext: 115, x5, 110 x5
Leaning Hammer curl (one arm): 30 x6, 30 x10
Weighted Chruch 135 x10, 135 x10, 135 x10
I would not call this a great workout, but I made progress. Remember, it is progress over profection. That was certainly how this workout went.
