Lower Boday / Leg Day 8/24/2024

Today was not perfect, but I made good progress. I warmed up with a set of leg extensions, a set of seated leg curls, 10 reps of RDL with just the bar, and a light set of seated calves raises. The rest of the workout follows:

RDL: 135 x5, 225 x4, 350 x4, 350 x4, 350 x2- (PR) .. failed on last set.
Front Squats: 95x4, 115x4, 155 x4, 155 x3, 145 x4
Seated Calves:140 x15, 200 x5, 295 x5, 295 x4, 295 x4 (PR)

These sets were doing in a giant set. I do RDL, then Front Squat, then seated calves .. rinse, and repeat

True Leg Ext: 275 x4, 275 x4, 275 x4
Lying Leg Curl: 117.5 x4, 117.5 x4, 117.5 x4
LP Calves: 259 x10, 259 x10, 259 x10

The gains were real, but my mental state was off. I just didn’t have the focus I needed today. I tried my normal stuff and did get some good lifts, but it was just not what I expect from myself. I get a day off and then back to upper boday on Monday.
