A Recovery Day

Today is another recovery day. I will walk today, likely around 15K steps but at least 10K. It looks like a hot day, so we will see.

I need to slightly increase my intake a little. I did that yesterday by adding some yogurt and protein. I will do it again today, but maybe not with the extra yogurt… we will see.

My weight has been very stable this week. Total bodyfat has been between 15.4 and 16 lbs. It was a little higher today but I have some inflmation from my leg workout yesterday and that always messes up this impedance scale for a day or two.

My workouts are going great. The strength levels has been up and I am feeling great. We will get back to it tomorrow. Have a great day.
