My workout today:

Cable chest press 40x15, 100x5, 142.5 x5, 142.5 x5, 142.5 x4-
Seated Cable Row: 60x15, 130x5, 220x5, 220 x5, 220 x5:

Cable Chest Fly: 130 x4, 130 x5, 130 x4
Weighted pullup (neutral grip): +35 x5, +35 x5, +35 x4

Smith Machine OH Press: +60 x5, +60 x5, +60 x5
15° Trap Shrugs: 295 x5, 295 x5, 295 x5

Single Arm Cable Side Lateral: 62.5 x5, 60 x 7, 60 x 7
Face Pull, Seated:185 x6, 190 x7, 190 x7

Rope Pushdown: 110 x6, 110 x10
Precher Curl Machine: (different machine) 50 x10, 70 x7

Weighted Chruch 135 x12, 135 x13, 135 x13

I slightly lowered the weight on the pushdown to get better form. It felt great. The preacher curl until I have been using was not available so I used a different one. Overall the workout felt super good. My strength was slightly up too.

My weight was down even with extra food intake this weekend. I even added a couple slices of bacon with my 3rd meal yesterday. I kept my step count at 15K or. higher both days of the weekend, even in the heat.
