Upper Body 1/9/2025

Today was not normal. I could say I am disappointed with the workout, but when I started I felt my strength was off so after a couple of sets for chest and back I just went with what my body was ready to do. That means take the weights down a little and focus on slower movements and a little higher reps. I will not go though alll of the numbers for the day .. just leave it at that. I did my normal Friday workout today (on a Thursday this week) but with 80% or so of my normal weights.

My diet yesterday was on plan. Meal 1 was 0.3 oz of bison liver and 0.7 oz of oysters, about 6 oz of salmon, 6 eggs and a tablespoon of MCT oil. . Meal 2 was 10 oz of ground bison / ground beef mix, and 4 eggs. Meal 3 was 10 oz of ground bison / ground beef mix and 4 eggs. I had yogurt and protein before my workout with a tablespoon of MCT. . I then had more yogurt with protein about 1 hours before bed. 

I had just over 12,000 steps yesterdsy/ My weight today was 181.9 pounds and fast was at 16.5 pounds. This is really interesting to me. I know my activity (walking) is down about 3000 steps a day. I’ll take it, but it is super interesting to watch.
